Decent purchase, some minor points
I bought a kasjmier sjaal and a muts met pompon from Capalus last week. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, easy to navigate. Delivery took 6 days to reach me in the Netherlands, which was reasonable. The sjaal feels very soft and is clearly good quality. The muts is also nice, though the pompon was a little flatter than it appeared in the photo. Customer support was helpful when I had a question about tracking; they responded to my email within a few hours. Overall, a solid experience, but they could improve on the product photos being more accurate.
Nice scarf, delivery was okay
I purchased a fleece sjaal and a herenmuts. The scarf is quite warm and soft, good for winter. The hat also fits well and looks stylish. The prices were fair for the quality.
